I came in here to browse and am considering getting a new C300 from this dealership and I have nothing but positive things to say about the process so far. My salesperson was Carey and he really knows these vehicles inside and out, incredibly professional and it was a lot of fun to do a test drive with him as well. Even when I was waiting outside for him to get the vehicle ready a couple other salespeople approached me to ensure that I was being helped and had been offered water, coffee, etc. None of them were remotely pushy you could tell they were just eager to assist their clients. Also the ladies at the front desk greeted me immediately which was great. There’s nothing worse than walking into a dealership and having to hunt down people willing to help you out. Regardless of whether or not I end up getting this car, I would return here in a heartbeat

Very prompt and efficient service from arriving and driving into the drop bay, directed to the counter, met rep who took my data on my ML350 explained the service and fee directed me to the lounge, a few minutes later came to tell me what was found on the first inspection, gave me precise data on what needed to be serviced, cost and time it would take. Provided a shuttle to my office and 4 hours later picked my up, took me to the Lone Star service garage, explained the work done and what was found and recommended to do next and when and the entire procedure from the get go, thru the service and repair took fewer hours than anticipated. There was no lag in time from when I brought in my SUV, it was on the hoist and being inspected while I was filling out the service order with the rep. Very professional and efficient handling.

I took my 2009 ML320 Blutec to Lone Star Mercedes-Benz to find out the reason for the check engine light (CEL) that had come on, on early January 2016. This is not the first time that I had been to Lone Star Mercedes-Benz, since this vehicle is my company car, I would like an authorized M-B center to do the work.
As usual, Lone Star provided a shuttle service to drop me off and pick me up after repair. The CEL diagnostic was quick and they phoned and explained the nature of the discovered fault as well as the labor and parts involved. Lone Star MB informed me that they had the part on hand and they can proceed with repair upon my authorization.
My vehicle is no longer under warranty and the cost of diagnostic / parts and labor did sum up to a fair amount. I was informed by the service representative that Lone Star is requesting a contribution to this CEL work order from Mercedes Benz Canada and an adjustment would be made if MB Canada agrees to any contribution.
At any rate, I went ahead with the needed service, without hoping that there would a contribution from Mercedes Benz Canada.
I received a phone call from the service rep. same afternoon that my vehicle is ready for pick up. The nice thing about this service work, aside from outstanding customer care that Lone Star Mercedes-Benz (Calgary, Alberta) usually provides was that, I did not have pay for this visit.
I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that both Lone Star Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-Benz Canada decided to absorb the cost of this CEL work, and still maintaining a high quality of customer care which seems to be a norm at Lone Start MB.
Thank you Lone Star for a great service and exceptional customer care. I highly recommend Lone Star Mercedes-Benz for a place for high end vehicles and customer care.

I recently had my car serviced for an engine light issue. When my light when on again the same day I picked it up I wasn’t too happy. I called service and they went out of their way to get me a loaner car to accommodate me and my three small kids the next day. When I tried to fit a three car seats in the back I soon realized the car was not going to fit all three. A very nice gentleman noticed my struggle and offered me a larger car that I am pretty sure was not a loaner car. I would like to say thank you to the service team at Lone Star Mercedes. I actually purchased my 2015 C300 from “the other dealer in the city”( and I had purchased a new 2008 from this same dealer).
Unfortunately, my new car had a few unexpected problems. I was frustrated and unhappy with the service I was not receiving. In frustration, I went to Lone Star. I can tell you Lone Star has made me feel important, cared for, and confident. They understand service. my car is now happy, and more importantly, I am happy. I was questioning if I would be a Mercedes owner when it’s time for my next new car.
I am now happy to report that I have changed the dealer name on my license plate and my keychain. I may have purchased two cars from the other guys, but all my future service and purchases will be the friendly, professionals at Lone Star Mercedes.

Great service. My GLK was towed from Lethbridge due to CEL and soon as the vehicle came to the dealership it was scheduled for diagnostic. Customer service advisor Kysa is very diligent on updating me on what is happening with vehicle. I learned from her that the problem was something called the “particle module” and is faulty from unknown reason. I also learned that the parts is not available and need to be flown in from somewhere. Shipping was expedited with the help of the service manager. All concerns addressed appropriately and very happy with the service. Thumbs up with this dealership specially with a staff like Service advisor Kysa.

Had a serious coolant leak in the days leading up to Christmas (23rd Dec) and Lone Star was able to get the vehicle in right away for a diagnosis, provided me with a loner so I could do my last minute Christmas shopping (i.e. ALL of it!! 🙂 )and the vehicle was back to me before noon on Christmas Eve!! Well beyond what I expected for sure and greatly appreciated.
